Entries for IRONMAN UK 2014 will open at 7:03PM (19:03 BST) on Tuesday 18th June.

Please Note:
Athletes must register in person prior to race day and rack their bike on Saturday 14th June prior to 2pm.  There will be mandatory Race Briefings on Saturday .

Transfer\Withdrawal Process
You may be able to transfer to another race, subject to the current Transfer Policy Regulations, more information is available by following the Withdrawal link below.

You can withdraw from the race at any time by going to the Withdrawal Form CLICK HERE The date you complete the form will dictate the following terms for cancellation:
Cancellation notices received:
Until February 15th, 2014: 50% refund
Until April 15th, 2014: 25% refund
After April 15th, 2014: no refunds will be given. This policy is not dependant on circumstances and is final.
It is not possible to defer your entry to another year or another athlete. The Active fee is non-refundable.

What are the distances?
Swim; 1.2 miles in open water. A wetsuit is compulsory for the swim.
Bike, 56 miles the bike course is 2 laps
Run, 13.1 miles the run course is three laps in the grounds of Wimbleball Lake, Exmoor

What are the cut off times?
From the race start you will have the following times to complete each section of the course
Swim: 1 hour 10 minutes
Bike: 5 hours 30 minutes
Run: 8 hours 30 mins

By entering the event you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Ironman and instructions from race officials, including the cut off times above. Failure to comply may result in penalties or disqualification.
