There are now just 24 weeks before the start of UK Ironman 70.3 race 2010.  Thetrilife.com team of coaches, led by long distance expert Richard Jones, have designed a 6 month training program to prepare you for your race at Wimbleball on June 20th 2010.  These are the only Official UK IRONMAN 70.3 programs available and have been written specifically for the tough Wimbleball course.

The 6 month program, which takes you all the way from a base phase developing your overall fitness, through to specific training and peaking and tapering starts on January 4th  - so don’t delay!
