How to get to the Race Venue

From M5 From the West

Leave M5 at junction 25

Take the 4th exit onto A358 heading to Taunton/Minehead/A38

At the next roundabout take the 1st Exit onto A358 Priorswood Road

Continue on the A358, following signs for Minehead.

After approx 6 miles take the left under the railway bridge and join the B3224

After approx 9 miles continue straight on at Raleighs Cross Pub onto B3190

After approx. 1.2 miles take the turing on the right signed Wimbleball Lake.

Continue on that road over the lake and past the giant 'humbug' silage bales.

Take the first left after the bridge down to the lake, signed Wimbleball Lake.

 

Travel on the A396 to Wheddon Cross

Turn right onto the B3224

Travel along the b3224 to the junction with the B3190 and turn right

Look for signs to Wimbleball Lake, turn right

Continue for approx. 3.3 miles then turn Left to Wimbleball Lake.

From the South From the South West

Join the A396 and continue until just before Dulverton, turn right.

Follow this road up to the B3224 and turn right.

Follow the B3224 to it's junction with the B3190, turn right.

Follow the B3190 and look for signs for Wimbleball Lake and turn right. Continue for approx. 3.3 miles over the Lake and then turn left to Wimbleball Lake.

Leave the M5 at junction 27 and continue from the A36 to the A396

Travel on the A396 until just before Dulverton, turn right.

Follow this road up to the B3224 and turn right.

Follow the B3224 to it's junction with the B3190, turn right.

Follow the B3190 and look for signs for Wimbleball Lake and turn right. Continue for approx. 3.3 miles over the Lake and then turn left to Wimbleball Lake.

This has been designed in conjunction with Police, Highways and Local Residents, so that traffic coming into Wimbleball is going in the same direction and cause mimimum disruption for local businesses and residents.
